Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data topgamestpx.xyz processes, why, and what your rights are under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Data we collect

We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect your name, phone number or documents for you to play.

We process technical browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of access, and the identifiers stored in cookies.

If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure the results of our adverts. It records two events: the page visit and the click on the main button.

The same events are also sent from our server to Meta through the Conversions API, together with technical data such as IP address, browser type and the identifiers in the _fbp and _fbc cookies.

In the UK, the European Union and the European Economic Area, this only happens after you give consent; without it, the Meta Pixel is not loaded and these events are not sent to Meta, either from your browser or from our server. In other countries we show a notice with the option to refuse; measurement starts when the page opens, and if you refuse we stop sending these events from that moment on.

Lawful basis

Essential cookies and the technical data needed to run the site are processed on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR), and these cookies are strictly necessary under PECR.

In the UK, advert measurement with the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR and PECR), which you can withdraw at any time. In other countries it is based on what local law allows, always with a notice and the option to refuse.

Replies to messages are based on your request and on our legitimate interest in answering it.

Sharing and international transfers

We share measurement events with Meta Platforms, which processes them under its own policies. We also use hosting providers that process data on our behalf.

The games open on partner content pages, which have their own privacy policies.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for in UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

Retention

Cookies last for the periods shown in the Cookie Policy. Server logs and contact messages are kept only for as long as needed for their purpose or to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
